4 bedroom holiday home in a great location! close to beach!

PINE TREE COTTAGE is a 4 bedroom holiday home located in the heart of Stansbury, close to beach and all amenities!

Open plan kitchen with microwave, electric oven and stove top, fridge/freezer, no dishwasher.  Living area with dining, lounge with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV with SD and HDMI ports, DVD.

Main bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner also access to a 3 way bathroom with vanity, full size bath and separate shower, bunk room has a TV with HDMI port and DVD. 

Laundry with top loading washing machine, 2nd w/c (fridge in picture is out of order and not for use)

Large rear deck with outdoor setting, spacious secure backyard.  Weber Q BBQ.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunks

Pillows and quilts are provided(see below note), you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO COVID-19 ALL GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN PILLOWS, QUILTS/DOONAS AND LINEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, hairdresser, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.
