JACARANDA is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests and is perfect for 2 families.

The kitchen is equipped with a large 5 burner stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher. Open plan lounge and dining area with 50" Plasma TV, DVD and a lovely wood fire to keep you warm in the winter months. Reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. Kids retreat with Play Station, DVD and VCR, a room for adults to enjoy a game of pool with a smaller Plasma TV on the wall. Laundry with washing machine for your convenience.

Outside is a large fully fenced backyard with an excellent undercover BBQ area with a table tennis table for your enjoyment or take a dip in the fully fenced above ground pool (only for use between October and February?.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 2 bunks.

Quilts in queen and double bedrooms, thick blankets in bunk room (1 per bed) and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your own pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, 2 hotels.
